Shipping & Returns
Our turnaround time here at KMT is between 3-4 weeks. Please allow upto this time to receive your dispatch/completion email confirmation.
Once that you have received this email, please allow the allocated time frame for that of which postage option you selected on checkout to receive your order.
PREORDERS turnaround times will differ. Please refer to seperate related answer below.

Have an account?
Log into your account through the online store, check out the fulfilment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click onto the order information & you can find your tracking information here.

You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
I don’t have an account yet
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email titled “Your order is on the way”.
You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 3-4 weeks to be dispatched.
*Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch

If you have received the incorrect items or the items you have received are faulty, please email email@example.com and we will be happy help you with that.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition.
Once returned you will be entitled to a full refund which will not include the cost of the return postage.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in original condition. If you want these returned to you, we may request that you cover the delivery cost.
If you would like to edit or cancel your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject ‘cancel’ and your order details as soon as possible.
Size guides can be found on each individual product listings.
If you require any customisations, smaller waist, wider ankle cuffs etc…then please be sure to add these to the notes section.
If you find that you need the length of one size but a smaller waist, for example, then please order the bigger size and add to the notes section about the waist.
If, on the sets, you need the top size bigger than the bottoms, please order the size needed for the top and add in the notes section about the bottoms.
Vouchers have a 1 month expiry date on them from the date that they are published by KMT.
If they are a cash bought voucher then they can be combined with others, however, if they are obtained via a giveaway, for example, they cannot be combined.
We have a range of payment options in order to cater for everyone!
You can choose from:
2nd class signed for – flat rate payment of £4.50
Standard 2nd class – flat rate payment of £3.50
Same day add on – £1 (this is for if you have already placed an order but wish to place another on the same day).
Local pick up – If you are local, then once your order is complete we can arrange a convenient day to collect.
International – flat rate payment of £9.50
A preorder is securing yourself an item in a fabric that we can only get limited amounts of or that need to meet a minimum target of before they can be ordered from our supplier. They will only be available for a short amount of time and once closed will we then place the order with our supplier to get printed/ordered (this process then takes varied weeks to arrive).
When we advertise a preorder (via social media pages) we will provide as many details as we can with regards to the date that the preorder will close, when the fabric will be due to arrive with us etc… We will update with anything when necessary.
Once the fabric arrives with us, your order will then be processed within our turnaround times.
Jersey has more of a stretch than French Terry and slightly lighter/thinner.
French Terry is flat on one side (patterned side), whilst the other has tiny knitted loops.
Jersey is known for its softness and stretch.
